Snowman popcorn wrappers

Hi Ladies,
I'm new to the board, but have loved reading and following along for several years. Can someone explain what the popcorn wrappers are? My student council students at school are doing a craft show next Sat. Maybe we could sell these. I've not seen them around here.

There are directions and pictures there if you use the search engine and input popcorn snowman. The idea came from Lasurie Furnel - she made a candy bar cover - her graphic is on her site - she is a wonderfuol graphic artist
