| This is a treat jar I made for the girls at work. The top is a paperweight which opens up to put in a graphic, pic, etc. I used my graphic program to write their name on paper co-ordinating with the jar paper and put it in the paperweight. I glued it to the top of a pickle jar. In the bottom of the jar is a small bag of candy. On top of the candy are items that are in a recipe for Potion #13. This recipe is written on a small attached scroll. The ingredients are fun things like: *Dung of Beetle (poppy seeds between two pieces of tape), *5 Scales of a Copperhead (copper colored sequins), *3 Hairs From a Black Cat (black thread), and so on. I put their jars in a shoe box that I painted black, and decoupaged eyes cut from magazines onto it. I thought they turned out pretty good for a little Halloween gift.

| Shysue! Once more I am astounded by the details you think to add to your work!! This, I think, is what sets it miles apart from so much of the usual run of the mill...and I saw a lot of that attending a recent craft show! Cute idea and great job! |
