Halloween Costume Update

Hi everyone,

Some of you may remember me asking where to find supplies for this year's Halloween costume. Well, I did find two snowflake shaped rhinestones for my shoes, white fake fur, a tiara, a white lace fan and a white lace parasol. I also have a snowflake necklace for it.

I found the costume "base" to turn into the gown/dress, the wig, and the earrings (clip-ons). I found the heels (size 15 wide), too, but I haven't purchased any of these yet because money is rather tight right now. Not wanting to sound whiny, but does anyone have any extra supplies that they could spare? Beaded crystal garland is the main thing I'm looking for. You wrap it around the heels of the shoes and adhere with hot glue. Something that looks "icy" is the key element. I'm including a picture of the beads that looked similar in the video to make the shoes.

I found Frozen themed fabric at Wal-Mart that would work for my costume, too. It's light blue fabric with silver glitter snowflakes on it.

My friend and I are going to make the hair jewelry that the character Sarah wears in the ballroom scene in the 80's classic fantasy film, Labyrinth. If anyone has some 18 and 24 gauge craft wire that they can spare for it, that would be greatly appreciated as well! :)

Thank you so much!

Brad AKA Moonwolf
