Use old sweaters or sweaters from thrift stores for this project.

    these are so sweet:) Look at all the possibilities with different colored sweaters. I guess you could also make one from an old woven shirt,too,maybe a soft,worn flannel in fall colors. It wouldn't be so nice and poofy...but it might be cute:)

    LOVE the little pumpkins. I'm going to look for orange and gold sweaters. Bet a black cat could be made easily, just need to use your imagination and a black sweater. LOL

    How about a wine gift bag out of a sleeve? Sew the cut end together, use a round piece of cardboard in the bottom to keep the bottle straight, weave a ribbon or cord thru the top, and decorate to your heart's content! ;o)

    I'm happy to see that you all enjoyed them....BTW, I also made some from old white chenille bedspreads, and they turned out SO shabby. Try it!
