| Does anyone have any idea onhow a person can look into getting a patent on an idea? After a few years of purchasing foam pumpkins, I came accross a use that nobody thought of and would like to go forward and see if it could be marketed. I would love to share it with you, but want to find out just how good of an idea I have first. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :0)
Thanks!

| Another source is www.legalzoom.com They will dscribe the various ways to patent an idea. You can get a full blown patent or a "provisional" patent. |
