remember the cardboard fans the old-timey churches had? i made some out of old record albums and paint stir sticks, will take you about 5 minutes!

That is so cool, just like all your other ideas. I work at a radio station that is located in an old house. I decorated it with old radios, albums and tape reels. These would be perfect. I'll have to keep my eye out for some neat covers.

Very nice! Check out Good Will or Salvation Army, thrift stores always have vinyl and it's cheap too. Sadly no one has turntables anymore. :(

oh cool!...hey make some bowls from old albums...melt them over a metal bowl. there's directions online in several places! and the way you cut the albums in half...well, make a mail holder/sorter/thingie
and...ask on freecycle.org in your area for albums...and turntables!

Those are too cute.I have several fans of that type that i got at the Senior expo and of course they have ads on them which i've been meaning to cover with decoupage,but havn't so far.
The album covers are an excellent idea because of the sturdiness of them.
