I went to see the Martha Stewart takeover of their scrapbook/papers etc dept. I was not impressed. All the same color schemes and nice neat packaging. They had old regular papers and a lot of the rubber stamps at 70% and really cut down on the rubber stamp area.

And the 40% off coupon in the paper did not apply to Martha Stewart products.

I wasn't too impressed either and I had the same thought, it all pretty much looked the same. I was expecting this great big surprise for craft items and it was mostly paper and as you said Minnie, same color scheme. With all the wonderful things she's made, I was expecting a lot more.

I actually kind of wondered if it weren't going to happen this way. Martha's got some great stuff, but she does tend to cling to a particular color scheme. I suspected a take-over might lead in fact to LESS choice...

Sad. I like using these types of papers for decoupage projects.
