| All I have ever done with gourds is paint them. I'll post a couple pics for you to see. I also have a snowman and have started a Santa but never finished him yet. I've seen some great looking birdhouses made from them too. I didn't know we had a gourd forum on here, will have to check that out sometime too. Luvs |

| I occasionally paint a gourd or two. Mine usually look like houses, but I've done a few banks, too, sometimes combining the two. This is one of the beach house our friends have in FL. It commemorates our first vacation there with them. There's a hidden door where the flamingo is. There's a wire glued to the inside of the door that has a loop on the end. The loop fits thru a small slot on the opposite side of the gourd and locking it in place is a miniature green hose coiled up. This next one is a bank. In between the luna moths is a door that pops out. A piece of grapevine locks it closed. |

| Been off the computer for awhile ( only way to get my yard work done) sure am glad I didnt miss this post, luvs, your grouds are sooo cute! what a beautiful job you have done. Sandra, I so love your red bowel, you have some real beautiful grouds on your site, the name says it all! flamingo , love your grouds, you are so creative, beautiful job! where can I find the groud fourm? I have tried searching but can not seem to find it. Oddie |
