| Has anyone done any t-shirts that you open the front and sew a piece under the opening? I seen a book on this(wishing now I'd got it). You leave a few strips on the front and cut and tie. It's really cute.

| I haven't done that, but I do take a lace place mat and sew it to the back of the inside front of the Tshirt and after it's sewn, I cut out the shirt...I've done these with sweat shirts and of course you then wear a coodinating turtle neck...I've made hundred of these, especially around the holidays, when you can get the holiday place mats... I had my things in a co-signment shop and couldn't keep these in stock... |
