cutting tea cups in half

hello everyone! new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone knows how to cut ceramic tea cups in half? I want to make a wall pocket out of tea cup and saucer.any help would be appreciated,I alrady asked at T2T and the mosaic forum.thanks all

Maybe someone at a glass cutting shop could help you on what to use to cut them.

I'll bet the ladies on the mosaic forum will have a good answer for you. I know some of them have nippers and saws even. Would love to see your wall pocket project when you get it finished. Luvs

I am pretty sure you have to use a wet saw and a diamond blade. Did you try to google for instructions?
