need a pattern

I am searching for a plastic canvas angel pattern. They were in catalogs like Herschnerrs. They were sold as a kit. These were 2 to a pkg or the larger one by itself. If anyone has one of these or knows where I can get them please let me know.

These were sold as kits. the skirt part is 6 cone shaped pieces glued together and a smaller circle for the collar. You use the doll heads on the wire that goes down the middle. These are done with plastic canvas.
Maybe someone has seen these or has done the kit. I sure hope so.
