Glue for thin vinyl?

I need to repair a favorite purse of my daughterÃ¢ÂÂs. It has a thin vinyl lining. This was stitched along the edge of the zipper. I think I can sew it further down, though it will be difficult to get into tight corners on an assembled purse.

Some glue would help a lot. But it would need to be flexible. Any ideas?
