Oh goodness thanks for sharing these!! I love them!!

I'm still trying to find the "primitive" rose instructions for free...they are on eBay but there are like 3 different types of roses and 5.50 and 6.50 per pattern is a little steep for me.

Check out the 'rolled rose' on this site. My girl scout leader taught us to make these several years ago except we used long strips of felt. I pulled up a 'primitive rose' on Ebay. THe prototype looked like the rolled rose except it looked like they used torn strips of tea-dyed muslin.
