| here's a question about covering boxes with fabric. if i use a shoe box, make a template with paper then use the template to cut the fabric, doesn't the fabric fray on the edges? |

| Depends on what type of fabric you are using Lauren. Go to a Joann's or other fabric store and ask the employees cutting the fabric for suggestions on what would work best for your creation. I'm sure they be happy to answer your questions. Sal |

| I've never had a problem. Sometimes I use wonder-under on the fabric and iron it on to the boxes, sometimes I water down white glue and use that. You could probably use Mod Podge, too. Or liquid starch. Or just put fray check on the edges if you have a raveling problem. Or use pinking shears when you cut the fabric out. LOTS of possibilities for you to pick from. |
