I made those...you just cut a hole toward one end , centered from side to side. Make the hole big enough to easy slip over babys head. Then sew ribbed knit (like material for cuffs) around the hole. Zig Zag the seam and trim close..That's about it.

I did what Pattico suggested and used a large hand towel or dish towel for the bib. Carol
