Check out the tutorial I found for this, the link is on my blog. I made some right away! Recycle your Christmas tissue paper. You can paint or stamp designs on the paper,too! My 6 year old grandson made the green one and stamped gold paint stars on it. Good thing I bought that bag of battery op. tea lights at that yard sale :D
