So I found another attachment that makes spaghetti, bucatini, fusili, rigatoni, large and small macaroni all from one unit.. But still no linguine :-(

Sister went a bit crazy, a while ago, with some "found money" and bought a bunch of KA attachments for what she calls her "big mother mixer".

One of the things was past roller/cutter, which she LOVES. Not sure exact types, but does several different ones.

She "gifted" me all the ones she didn't "love". Said try them out, keep, give away, toss, etc.

One was a pasta "extruder". After making and resting a nice batch of dough... anything that came out quickly went back into one mass... no separate pasta? Though dough was cold, from fridge, just didn't work. I added more flour and re-rested at least 2 more times, with NO better results.

The ONE "keeper" was a grinder attachment. Cubed, VERY cold (semi-frozen) meat ground nicely. All the other attachments became Good Will donations.
