Any information on Evaco/Cast?

Just saw this in a kitchen store...latest non-stick scam or the real thing I ask myself *smile*? Says that the coating is "ceramic-based", not teflon, so that's promising. And they seem to say that the coating is very durable, as do they all, of course *smile*.

Anyone know anything about this one? It's from South Korea, which doesn't specialize in cookware as far as I know, but if it works well I'm not going to hold that against it.

Okay, I'm getting the Evaco/Cast 12" stir-fry pan and the 10" chef frying pan. These are the pans in our current cookware set that are in the worst shape. And of course, the most-used ones, that's how they got into bad shape. Teflon coating lasted quite a while, but now it's time to try something new.

If this doesn't work, carbon steel is next *smile*.

But we'll see how the Evaco/Cast pans hold up *smile*.
