| I once ordered from them, never recieved my order or a response to my request for a refund. It's best to carefully research online retailers I've found, prior to ordering find someone who has successfully ordered from them in the past and ensure they have a mailling address and phone number that gets answered prior to ordering. (Creative Cookware does not post a physical address nor do they answer thier phone). |
