| My Cornu Fe stove arrived last week. It is amazing!!!! I christened it with a New York Strip Loin Roast....crispy herb crust, JUICY beyond belief...and cooked soooo fast. Also, baked a cherry pie that was perfect!
Question: I'm trying to research proper sized cookie/baking sheets...anything besides what Williams and Sonoma offers? |

| Cookie sheets.... the best ones are the cheap heavy aluminum 1/2 sheet-sized jelly roll pans. Should be under $10 each at a restaurant supply store or at Walmart. Nordic and Vollrath are two brands. There, I just saved you a LOT of money if those other places were where you were shopping. Seriously, the cheap ones are the best. Get 4 or 5 of them. |
