| Not sure which size you are talking about. I have the 2 qt, 4.5 qt & 7 qt. Frankly I don't use the 2 qt much, but the 4.5 & 7 qt are real workhorses. Single batches of soup/stew go in the 4.5. I can double, sometimes triple if I use the 7. I've used them to braise and to roast meat. I've made fudge in them. The heavy bottom is great & the fudge didn't burn the way it did through my Farberware saucepan. I lusted after the 13 qt until I lifted it in the store. Man is that heavy! And that was empty! |
