| we have an ancient set of Calaphon--interior surface warm, but have served us well.
Would Stainless Tri ply have materially better or different cooking performance? Have no particular desire for non stick Thanks John |

| Allot of Cooks swear by the Tri Ply Stainless. If you have no concern about the non stick properties there are a number of options for you. |
