| I bought one of these years ago back when I had tile counters and needed something to roll dough on. I have stainless counters now, but still prefer this folding pastry board. Dough doesn't stick to the cloth, is easy to rotate the dough for better rolling, makes it easy to fold the dough to lift into a pie pan, AND contains the flour mess. Clean up entails removing the cloth & tossing in the wash.
It's maple and beautifully made. On sale for $15 bucks too. |
