Is it normal my new Scanpan CTX frypan has small protruding dots

I ordered from Amazon the latest model of Scanpan CTX 10.25' frypan. I received it today, and found three protruding dots on the inside bottom. Is it normal? I expected that the inside bottom should be smooth, and worry that maybe one day the three dots would peel off.

I hesitate if I need to ask for an exchange, since I cannot guarantee that another new one would have smooth inside bottom and would be better than this current one.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Interior should be smooth....no protruding dots.

Both Amazon and Scanpan have excellent return policies. You should have no difficulty with return/exchange. The chances of your receiving another one with such an obvious flaw I estimate at near zero.
