| I ordered from Amazon the latest model of Scanpan CTX 10.25' frypan. I received it today, and found three protruding dots on the inside bottom. Is it normal? I expected that the inside bottom should be smooth, and worry that maybe one day the three dots would peel off.
I hesitate if I need to ask for an exchange, since I cannot guarantee that another new one would have smooth inside bottom and would be better than this current one. Any input is greatly appreciated. |

| Interior should be smooth....no protruding dots. Both Amazon and Scanpan have excellent return policies. You should have no difficulty with return/exchange. The chances of your receiving another one with such an obvious flaw I estimate at near zero. |
