I take frequent road trips and often find it nearly impossible to get a decent vegetarian meal. I'd like to find a nice small electric cooking skillet, pot, etc, that I could carry in a back pack or similar luggage.
Any recommendations?

Amazon has a small electric skillet and the Vermont Country store has a similar one at a higher price.
