| Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality electric roaster oven (about 18 qt), like a Nesco? I did an Amazon review check and some people say the Nesco brand is good, some say it's flimsyish or gets a little hot around the outer edges. A Rival 22 quart had a few good reviews. Also, would you go with the enamel or non-stick insert pans?
