Just heard back fron HSN after filing complaint with Better Business Bureau about Ultrex (Innova) cookware. HSN never sent a notice to customers who bought Ultrex cookware tht Innova (manufacturer of Ultrex) went bankrupt and that the warrant was KAPUT! HSN replied to BBB that I would receive a $25.00 credit toward future purchase. I am now researching cookware brands and would love to hear from others as to likes/dislikes (stainless, enamelware, cast iron, etc.).
