Does anybody have an opinion on the roasting pan and vee rack made by Dacor? I'd use them for convection roasting.

I do not have that pan, but I do have the Dacor porcelain-finished broiling pan set that came with my oven. It is very thin and buckled within a moment of being placed in the oven. Also, the porcelain finish is dulled and looks obviously different after just one use. If this roasting pan is made the same, I doubt you will be happy with it. I am very pleased with my Dacor appliances. They are the nicest I've ever had, and I would buy them again, so this isn't a negative commentary about Dacor in general.

I have a Dacor 36" wall oven. I never use the broiler pan that came with it for the same reason as above poster. The oven came with a free All-Clad roaster and rack; that is often what I use for roasting (NOT the non-stick one). I like my oven a lot, but not that flimsy broiler pan.
