Ordered my Shun Knives... I hope I like them!!!

| Well, based on the rave reviews on this forum and some other websites, I decided to order a set of Shun Classic knives (the 7-piece set seemed to be a good starter set with all the knives I use most). And I got it for a bargain at $335!!! They seem to be listed for $450 on most sites, so I hope there's nothing wrong with this set. I can't wait to try them out. |

| Don't worry--you're going to love them. I have a few of the Elite series and they're incredibly sharp. Just be careful --I've been known to cut myself and not realize it till I actually see the blood. They really need to be treated with respect. However, you will rip through your prep work at an amazing speed! And they're pretty, too. Have fun! |
