Curved Meat Carving Knife

Im looking on purchasing a curved meat carving knife between 10-12 inches long. The main use of this knife will be cutting roasted meat off of a vertical spit. Looking to spend no more that $80.00. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried restaurant supply stores? They carry a wide variety of very utilitarian restaurant kitchen knives, not all the high-end $300 models. F. Dick, Victornox and a couple of good brands. I just entered "curved carving knife" at Amazon and got lots of good choices.

No I haven't tried a rest supp shop. I was looking to get ideas as a jumping off point. Thanks ill take a look at some of those brands and take a look at amazon.
