stainless pan

We bought a nice stainless pan, to make things like Lasagna, eggplant,

etc. Its wonderful to use, however, my wife found that when she covered

it with aluminum foil to bake in, the aluminum foil was attacked by the

contents of the pan. I assume that the dissimilar metals, coupled with

an acidic tomato sauce, created an electrical current, What happens is

the foil actually gets eaten away, and deposited on the surface of any

food that is touched. This happens both in the oven and in the fridge

afterwards.

Is there a different wrap that we can use to cover the pan in the oven?

Afterwards, a plastic wrap is fine.

Thanks,

John
