The countertop ones with convection tend to be large in order to fit the fan assembly. You'll be giving up space unless you can do without convection.

I have the Breville Smart Oven and use it, pretty much, everyday. It toasts my bread and bagels well, although I hear that it doesn't do a good a job on no-knead type breads. Mostly I use it for reheating, baking, and roasting. My BB&B will honor the 20% off coupon, which helps since it's rather expensive. It's the larger size and fits a 12 in round pizza pan. The Compact version also fits this size pan, but doesn't have convection.

Cuisinart has a Combo Steam + Convection that looks interesting. Of course, you can add liquid and cover with foil to achieve similar results as the steam function.
