Frying Potatoes In Stainless Steel Cookware

Hi. I just purchased a Wolfgang Puck stainless steel cookware set. My husband used one of the pans to fry potatoes for breakfast. Well, they all stuck. We used a medium heat setting and heated the oil before adding the potatoes. Any suggestions on how to fry potatoes using these pans would be great. Thanks. Missy.

It sounds like you started correctly, but:

the medium setting may have been too low
or
You did not let them sit long enough in one position.
