Where can I get an inexpensive egg poaching pan. The one I would like has an insert that holds 3-4 individual egg cups.

Any kitchen store should carry them. LGC has a 4 cup pan set for $39.99, or the silicone pods that you use your own pan with for $9.99 for 2.

What is LGC? I was wondering if those silicone cups worked well.

There's one in the newest Bed Bath & Beyond flyer in the mail today. Farberware, $19.99, less the $5 coupon on the flyer. If you didn't get it in the mail, they'll have it in the store.
