freezing and thawing grapes

What are grapes like after they have been frozen and then thawed? I am working out food ideas for my daughter's school lunch. Can I freeze grapes (Buy lots when on sale) then thaw a few for her lunch or do they turn to mush? I am also thinking of frozen berries. Bought some raspberries frozen once and when they thawed they were outstanding. What other fruit freezes then thaws really well?
