I am looking to buy a set of cookware and came accros this brand from Italy. It has a nano-ceramic interior, something I haven't seen before. It also seems reasonably priced, $159 for a ten pc set at Bed Bath & Beyond. Dose anyone know anything about this product???

Hi I recently bought the(red-nice & bright) 12" skillet at a local Italian grocer/importer for $40.00(When I looked online that's what Bialetti was listing it at, I shop at local family owned stores)
-very easy to cook with. The handle is comfortable. It's an Italian company, cookware is made in china.

You might be interested in the link below. Looks like I'll be extra careful and only use wooden spoons/egg turners w/ this skillet.

Here is a link that might be useful: green cookware
