| Has anyone used the Kaiser Tinplate Cookie sheets? They are rated highest by Cooks Illustrated. Some people on the Amazon reviews say they warped, but most everyone seems to like them.
Anyone here have experience with these sheets? |

| When was this rating done? The last I knew they rated the Volrath the highest. I don't subscribe to the site so can't read the ratings. |

| I don't subscribe either, but I did see there was something about cookie sheets in March of 1998. Amazon said they were rated highest by Cooks Illus. I'll check out the Volraths. |

| My bread pans are tin-plated and they are the best: heavy, nice square corners, easy to grease by hand or with spray, and easy to clean. The heavy tin bakes bread well with a good crust, but prevents the crust from burning as sometimes happens with a thin bread pan. |
