| One of my friends is looking into new knives - I have Wusthof, but she thinks they are too expensive. She asked me about Member's Mark knives from Sam's...does anyone have these or have any information about them? How do they compare to Wusthof? |

| The members mark knives are a really great set, especially given the price. They are made by Tramontina, and are the exact same product as Tramontina's professional series knives. Extremely high quality high carbon stainless steel forged construction. Thump the blade of the chefs knife(biggest one in set) and it rings like a sword, as do most knives with good quality steel. |
