Paella Pan

Does anyone have an experience buying a Paella pan or have one that you use that you like? Not interested in non stick and would not need a large size as only cooking for 3-4 people.

I see most of them on Amazon are Myson brand but have no idea of their quality.

RE: Paella Pan

I got one from Tjmaxx the other day. It's made in Spain, carbon steel, costs $7, and 12". Seasoning is a bit hussle because the two loop handle is wrapped with some sort of plastic (or something like it). I didn't season it in the oven. After first use, it started to wrap. I am not suprised though as the carbon steel is pretty thin. Good luck with your purchase on amazon.com
