| Hopefully my new cooktop will be operable before the week is over and I have been wanting to purchase a griddle that fits over two burners. Anyone have any particular one that they like or dislike? Thanks. |

| Get a pre-seasoned cast iron grill/griddle that is reversible, smooth on one side (for pancakes, etc.) and with raised ridges on the other side (for meat). I have one that was not seasoned and it wont' fit into the oven for seasoned it. I had to use a bbq pit to do so. Pros: durable, non-stick, inexpensive, gives out even heat and it's a healthy choice for cooking. Cons: it's a bit heavy. I love my cast iron cookware. |
