Blackened underneath pots and pans. How do I remove?

Posted by leah2412 (My Page) on

I purchased a set of Rachael Ray cookware and slowly they have become blackened on the red portion of the pots and pans and have become very nasty. The pinterest remedy of baking soda and peroxide does not work, neither does scrubbing with dawn and a scrubber. Please help!
