Bakeware recommendations

We're completing a remodel of our kitchen. I threw out a lot of my bakeware when I boxed everything up since it had seen better days.

I'm looking to replace a good portion of my bakeware. What would you recommend for muffin tins, cookie sheets, 9" round cake pans, large loaf pan, and 8x8 pan.

I'm looking for something that cooks evenly, cleans nicely, and lasts quite awhile.

I suggest you review the thread linked below.

I suggest you use the Search facility (located at the bottom of the main Forum page) regarding other bakeware, if you haven't already...

The professional bakeware made by Parrish is excellent, IMO. I have their 9x13 pan, 9x9 brownie pan, and several sizes of cake pans. They are aluminum, not non-stick, heavy, with great straight sides that do not warp. I line them with parchment paper if I'm feeling lazy and don't want to grease and flour the pan before baking.
