| Hi all,
I bought my second Henckel Santoku hollow-edge knife at Kohls the other day. I love my first one. When I got it home, I did a search on this specific knife and it mentions that only one side has the hollow indentations. My first knife has them on both sides. The packaging kept me from seeing this in the store. Does this make a big difference in cutting, to only have the hollow edge on one side?? Thanks. |

| This forum is a little slow. Also check out the cooking forum and ask there. I do know that Henckel has a couple of different lines, made in different plants and sold at different prices. |
