Hi!

I'm new. I am interested in the new Staub grill pans (square or rectangular). I cannot find any reviews. I need a grill pan which will do nice searing marks yet be easier to maintain than the Lodge and less expensive than Le Creuset. The Staub pans also have removable handles and can be put into the oven. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I have one and they season better, and are easier to clean than the Le Creuset ones which I also had. The only thing is because of the low sides you will get some splatter.
