| Hi,
I'm set on getting a Bosch mixer, and I've been watching them on ebay for about a month. I really want to have a stainless steel bowl that can accommodate both the dough hooks AND the wire whips. I don't want to use the plastic bowl at all. I see there are two stainless steel designs - one with the column in the center and one with the flat bottom. Are they both convertible for use with the whips? Which Bosch mixer model/type do I need to watch for to get one with an all-purpose stainless steel bowl? Thank you! |

| The flat-bottomed bowl will not work with the whips. You can find the donut-shaped bowl in stainless for any of the mixers. Note that the center column of the stainless donut-shaped bowl is plastic. Jim |
