Happy with World Kitchen's Response

Hi all,
I bought a 3-4 quart saucepan lid at K-Mart last year, and the knob came off recently. It wouldn't screw into the screw. The threads appeared stripped. This had never happened to me before, and I've had Revere ware a long time.
I e-mailed World Kitchen, who makes the stuff, and they sent me a new lid! They didn't ask to see the old lid or the receipt or anything.......they just trusted me! How nice is that? So I was very pleased with World Kitchen!
