Does anyone out there own a GE Cafe Gas Range? I was wanting to know how hot the "snorkle type" vent gets since it is will be located at the real near my wall/backsplash? I was looking at the GE model CGS975SEDSS---which is all gas. If this gas model's vent gets really hot, maybe I could substitute it with the GE Cafe Dual Fuel version which has an electric oven and a gas cook top. I have never owned a gas range, so I have no real world experience. But when I was at a Wolf Distributor in Mason OH, I tried out both types of their ranges. The all gas Woff pumped out hot steam at the rear vent which covered the backsplash with lots of water vapor and the vent was really too hot to touch. Their Duel Fuel did none of that. Help!
