Most useful pieces?

Posted by tracey67 (My Page) on

Can anyone suggest what might be the most useful pieces (and sizes) for my vegetarian (no meat) kitchen? I have finally tossed that last of my revereware set and I'd like some nice stuff. The following dishes are most popular in my kitchen: soups/stocks, pancakes, scrambled eggs, steamed, fried and sauteed vegetables.

Thanks!

A stock pot...maybe 2 in different sizes. 3 heavy weight non stick skillets a small one, a medium one and a big one.
A 2 qt sauce pan with one of those foldable steamer inserts and a wok.
