| I am not much of a cook but what kind (Brands would be nice) can
be used in the GE Advantium when using the speedcooking option? Sorry for my ignorance!! |

| I have an Advantium. Use same stuff you would use in a microwave - any glass, but no metal. Any brand. Some functions still use 'microwaves' so metals are a no-no. Enjoy! |
