| I was surprised to see that Cook's recommended Pinzon (Amazon) cookware in a new equipment test of large saucepans. Naturally, All-Clad took first place, but Pinzon was among the runners up. (I really appreciate Cook's testing equipment that is more in my price range. I love the fact that their recommendations are based solely on function; not on price tag.)
Has anyone had their hands on this cookware? I'm trying to decide between the Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless and the Pinzon 4 qt. -- both are more in my price range and my weight range (arthritis in hands & wrists). |

| Haven't tried Pinzon cookware, but recently purchased a number of the Cuisinart Chef's Classic cookware, including 3 saucepans (1.5, 2 and 3 quart). So far, I love them --- they cook very nicely, are comfortable and easy to clean. |
